Business Services Representative
First Citizens Bank is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Services Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of bank products and services. The Business Services Representative will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service while providing solutions and guidance to customers.To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of the banking industry and experience in a customer service role. You should be able to effectively communicate with customers, both in person and over the phone, as well as have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
