OnTrac is hiring part-time Customer Care Associates! Start Date: October 2nd Orientation, Training starts October 7th Location: Remote Are you looking for a chance to make a difference for others? What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily • Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery. • Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. • Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. • Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. • Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business.
