The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, an ability to handle multiple inquiries at once, and can provide quick, accurate responses to customers. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will interact with customers, assist them with their inquiries, and handle any potential issues that may arise during their interaction with our company. Responsibilities • Answer customer inquiries promptly via live chat, providing professional and accurate information. , • Maintain a deep knowledge of company services to offer relevant solutions and support to customers. , • Identify customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary. , • Track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments. , • Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent. Higher educational level would be a plus. , • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills. , • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. , • Previous customer service experience would be beneficial. , • Familiarity with live chat platforms or similar customer service software.
