Customer Service/Sales Representative

eCommerce Customer Service & Sales Representative Description B&H Industrial is a family-owned, third-generation industrial supply company founded in 1976. We seek an additional and exceptional Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team! Job Description: B&H seeks exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner. Main Job Duties: • Manage and assign emails • Process invoices from suppliers • Deliver customer invoices • Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions • Enter tracking numbers into ERP and eCommerce websites • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors • Provide verbal and email quotes to customers • Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments • Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors • Keep track of past-due invoices Skills: • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills • Highly detail-oriented • Proactive work ethic and communication • High-level organizational skills • Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience with eCommerce software • Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment is a bonus • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation • Require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines Requirements: • E-commerce/Support & Sales: 3 years (Required) • A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position.
