Chat Brand Rep (TaylorMade) (Remote)

At ThirdChannel ECommerce, we are looking for remote chat representatives to assist customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience on taylormadegolf.com. We believe in the power of human connections to provide premium service to online customers mirroring an in-store experience. No bots. Just real, honest people sharing their passion and expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES • Be brand passionate - share your love and expertise for the game and brand! • Use primarily TaylorMade golf equipment • Ability to communicate to customers at a professional level • Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches • Ability to compare and analyze any competitor products • Thrive in fast-paced environment handling multiple chats at once SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 5+ years golf experience • 2+ years club fitting experience • In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products • Familiarity with similar products from other brands • Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products (enthusiast to pro level) • Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly TaylorMade Golf prides themselves on being willing to do anything and everything to make their golfers better. They have a group of people who live, breathe and sleep golf, doing whatever it takes to make the best, most technologically advanced and highest quality equipment for their golfers. COMPENSATION AND PERKS • This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position • Performance based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards • Chat interactions are paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15 • Remote position from anywhere you can connect to the internet TECHNOLOGY DETAILS • A desktop or laptop w/ Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible) • Stable internet connection • Reliable sound output Apply Job!
