As an Online Chat Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services in a digital environment. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring all questions are answered in a timely and accurate fashion. • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively, offering solutions, guidance, or escalating the issue to higher support levels when necessary. • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on KMP CORP's products, services, policies, and promotions in order to provide the most accurate and helpful information to customers. • Order Assistance: Assist customers with order status, cancellations, returns, or exchanges, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. • Maintain Records: Accurately document and log all customer interactions, including issues, feedback, and resolutions, into the CRM or help desk system. • Customer Satisfaction: Strive to resolve all issues during the initial chat interaction, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments (e.g., Sales, IT, Logistics) to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions to customers. • Escalations: Recognize when issues need to be escalated to more specialized teams and provide appropriate information for efficient handling. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or chat-based environment. • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information in a clear, concise, and professional manner. • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and high-quality service. • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude and a solution-driven approach. • Proficiency with live chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). • Ability to remain calm and positive when dealing with frustrated or upset customers. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
