We're seeking an experienced administrator with proven expertise in both ClickUp and GoHighLevel to optimize our workflow and client management systems. The ideal candidate will set up seamless automation between platforms, establish our project management structure, and create an intuitive client portal. In addition, I see this role growing into a long-term partner on the team who would be my "right-hand" man/woman to help with the business's success. ?? Key Responsibilities - Configure and maintain ClickUp as our primary project management platform - Build effective automation between ClickUp and GoHighLevel - Design and implement a comprehensive client project management system - Develop a user-friendly client-facing portal - Set up workflows, custom fields, and templates for ongoing efficiency - Train team members on system usage and best practices ? Requirements - Demonstrated experience administering ClickUp at an advanced level - Proven track record working with GoHighLevel - Experience integrating these platforms with successful automation - Strong understanding of project management workflows - Excellent communication and documentation skills - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail ?? Ideal Candidate Experience - Previous client portal development - Experience with WordPress (highly valued) - Knowledge of N8N for additional automation capabilities (highly valued) - Experience with similar business workflow optimization - Portfolio of successful ClickUp and GoHighLevel implementations - Knowledge of other complementary tools in the ecosystem ??
