This can be done by showing an interest in their interests, asking open-ended questions, and actively listening to their responses • Product Knowledge : Provide customers with insights and advice on product usage and maintenance to enhance their experience • Checkout Operations: The checkout operations entail the use of a cash register to conduct customer transactions and provide support in self-service checkout areas • Return Processing: Return Processing involves the reception and handling of returns made either in-store or through Amazon.com • Fresh Food Preparation : Food Preparation using Fresh Ingredients: Utilize fresh ingredients to craft delicious food items such as cold salads, hot pizzas, tasty sandwiches, and juicy rotisserie chickens • Store Presentation : Keeping shelves and displays fully stocked is crucial to maintaining a visually appealing sales floor and satisfying customer expectations • Inventory Management : Product Deliveries and Arranging the Stockroom • Order Fulfillment : The order fulfillment process involves the careful picking of items from the inventory, organizing them according to the customer's request, and delivering the packed items within the specified timeline
