Sports Construction Project Manager
We are a rapidly growing sports construction company located in east Texas and are seeking an experienced construction project manager to join our team! This position requires attendance at our corporate office in Mount Pleasant, Texas at least one day per week and travel to various job sites within Texas three to four days per week. The company covers all travel expenses, including use of a company vehicle. Overnight stays will depend on distance from your home. Civil construction experience is a plus. A list of duties includes, but is not limited to:
- Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
- Attend hand-off meetings with estimating department.
- Attend and help facilitate pre-construction meetings.
- Select subcontractors and write contracts (as needed).
- Submittals (materials using, product data, etc. to meet specs).
- Schedule material deliveries.
- OSHA
- Create and maintain construction schedules.
- Conduct meetings with superintendents.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and drawings.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs--Excel most importantly, Outlook, and other necessary software.
- Must have experience in commercial construction project management.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Civil construction experience a strong plus.
- Must have experience with dirt work.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits:
