Marketing Specialist (Robotics) $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Full Healthcare + 401k + PTO + Benefits Located in either Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA Are you from a Marketing background, looking to join a rapidly growing and cutting edge business, who are breaking into the US market? On offer is a fully autonomous and pivotal role, where you will be taking the lead on the marketing for the company's US division, whilst still receiving ongoing support from their marketing HQ overseas. They have an outstanding reputation within their industry and due to their continued success have huge growth plans for their US team, making this a pivotal role in building and developing their brand presence. This role will suit someone from a marketing background, who is looking to join a leading and rapidly expanding engineering company as they take on the US market. The Role:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand recognition and visibility in the U.S.
• Drive digital campaigns, create compelling content, and elevate brand presence
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities within the industry
• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to support lead generation, product positioning and customer engagement
• Periodic customer site visits to ensure brand and operational consistency
• Work hand-in-hand with the international marketing team at HQ

The Person:

• Minimum of 2-3 years' of hands-on marketing experience
• Social media / digital marketing / content creation background
• Familiarity with U.S. business culture and practices
• Any experience within Robotics or Automation would be highly advantageous (not essential)
