JOB SUMMARY As Finance Executive Assistant to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for paying bills, maintaining bookkeeping & finances. This will be a fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who enjoys breaking routine and working in a dynamic work environment that will change on a regular basis. Must live in the Saint Louis Area but will have the flexibility to work from home. WHAT WE OFFER

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- AP, All Invoicing, Closing out Projects in the books.
- Pay bills, manage cash flow, manager CEO’s inbox, Monitor Monthly Budget, Add new employees to Gusto
- Review and update company financial policies and SOP’s
- Review documents needed from employees. Manage project timelines, resources, and milestones to guarantee timely and successful client outcomes.
- Payroll , Adding new employees, Sending out 1099’s to vendors and employees. Sending W2’s to Employees.
- Any Tax related questions. Documents that came in the mail. Submit to Gusto, or determine what is needed
- Ensure Bids are getting entered and appropriate Change Orders and POs are getting created and released
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & Gusto is required
- Finance EA experience is preferred
- High level of accountability and ownership & assertiveness
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient taskmaster who can focus and get things done
- Strict attention to detail, fast paced, self-starter who values autonomy
