Detailed Description: • Live Chat Representatives will focus on moving visitors past the point of browsing to engaging in sales dialogue. • Representatives will establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals. • Successful agents must be able to organize, plan and execute tele-sales activities. • Representatives will be responsible for providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat. Job Requirements: • Sales experience • General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills • Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format • High level of familiarity with JTV.com • Ability to speak articulately and credibly with CC leadership • Strong analytical and judgment skills • Ability to multi-task • Excellent written communication skills.
