THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support FARFETCH's Talent Acquisition team in attracting and hiring the right talent for the right roles across different business areas. This is a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and market insights while working in a global, and diverse environment. You will gain exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition and learn how to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout all stages of the hiring process, including interview scheduling and coordination with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms for different roles, learning about market characteristics and talent pools.
  • Participate in advertising open roles and developing other initiatives to ensure optimal external exposure and attract top talent.
  • Update databases and internal tools to maintain accurate candidate records and data.
  • Handle confidential candidate information in line with data protection and confidentiality policies.
  • Perform reporting and administrative tasks as directed, adhering to internal processes and meeting established SLAs and deadlines.
  • Participate in relevant training to further develop your understanding of Talent Acquisition and FARFETCH as a whole.
  • Contribute to internal process improvement projects.
  • WHO YOU ARE

  • A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or another related field.
  • Passionate about people and motivated to build a career in recruitment.
  • A team player eager to learn, with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ideally, you have some experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Available full-time.
