Are you a b2b sales professional with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships?

At Dun & Bradstreet, we are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Sales team in Urdorf. This role is crucial in helping businesses unlock the full potential of our data and analytics solutions. You’ll be responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and strategic solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Maintain and grow revenue streams through successful renewal management, win-back initiatives, and upselling.
  • Develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying key contacts and expanding networks.
  • Identify and secure new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and account development.
  • Manage contract negotiations, aligning multiple decision-makers and navigating complex sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales activities and pipeline management.
  • Work closely with Client Success teams to enhance retention and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and continuously seek learning opportunities to enhance your expertise.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales or relationship management.
  • Proven track record in field sales or a senior inside sales role, with experience in managing client portfolios and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to assess client environments and identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and other languages relevant to the local market (German, Italian or French) are strongly preferred.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous learning and collaboration.
