You will be involved in the following mission : Account Manager

Role

  • Taking care of our partners (L'Oréal, Weleda, MAM, Danone, Petit Bateau, etc.) to help them achieve their objectives and create a relationship that is as close as it is effective.

    • Missions :On-boarding & partner follow-up:

  • Drafting and sending on-boarding piges to ensure compliance of operations ;
  • Taking part in kick-offs (campaign launches);
  • Monitoring partner campaigns (performance and output);
  • Answering questions about online tools;
  • Send campaign performance reports;
  • Support the Sales teams during campaign reviews;
  • Carry out campaign reviews;
  • Maintaining day-to-day commercial relations.

  • Familiar with the vocabulary of digital marketing (impression, reach, engagement, CPM, etc.)

  • At ease with figures (you'll be responsible for understanding campaign performance and explaining it to partners);
  • Enjoys customer contact;
  • Caring;
  • Experience in an agency or ad network is a plus.
