Our Renewals Team is growing, and we're looking a Team Lead to lead our Elite Renewals team. Our Elite team handles primarily mid-market, large and complex commercial clients. This team requires superior commercial insurance knowledge, white glove customer service and a sense of ownership with your clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to join the leadership team and further enhance our growth. In this role, you will be required to mentor and coach a team of Renewal Brokers in addition to assisting our elite clients with their renewals. Sales skill and coaching ability are at the core of this position, seeking every opportunity to nurture your Renewal team members to deliver on results. Reporting to the Practice Leader of Renewals, this position is paramount to providing unparalleled service and support to our Elite clients.
