About the Role:We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help find and hire candidates for our engineering team. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this position will have high visibility and the chance to have a large impact as we seek to double the size of our engineering team over the next year.
Recruiting plays a crucial role in helping Hightouch maintain a high talent density and we’re looking for someone who:
- Works with hiring managers to build a deep understanding of what we are looking for in a role and can map that accurately to potential candidates (via both resumes and recruiter screens)
- Builds close relationships with candidates and has a strong grasp of what each candidate is looking for and cares about
- Is motivated and able to source a high volume of candidates when the role requires it
- Can utilize creative ideas to stand out and help with particularly difficult searches
- Has strong writing skills, and can craft messaging that engages candidates
- Is data informed and is well versed in the metrics underlying their work
The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
