Remote Executive Assistant to the CEO - Virtual | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to the CEO, offering you the opportunity to support an ambitious entrepreneur overseeing multiple ventures, including a recruiting agency, a virtual assistance agency, and a modeling agency. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about enhancing organizational efficiency and championing diversity and inclusion. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, appointments, and meetings across various business entities. • Draft, proofread, and edit important communications such as emails, documents, and presentations. • Organize and oversee files, records, and contact databases for optimal accessibility. • Facilitate operational coordination by aligning tasks and workflows between the entrepreneur and team members. • Monitor project progression and ensure adherence to timelines. • Enhance operational processes to drive efficiency improvements. • Assist in the recruitment process through sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates, ensuring a positive experience. • Act as a liaison between the entrepreneur and clients, vendors, or partners, preparing materials for engagements. • Advocate for diversity and inclusion by promoting diverse perspectives throughout hiring and project execution. • Identify challenges proactively and propose effective solutions to enhance productivity. Required Skills • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a comparable role. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a talent for managing competing priorities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in productivity tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello). • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within professional environments. • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability. • High discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Qualifications • Experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred. • Familiarity with best practices in virtual assistance. • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and talent management systems is advantageous. • Previous experience supporting entrepreneurs or small businesses is a plus.
