Data Entry Operator / Clerk Typist Remote

Position Summary: We are seeking a Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our passionate team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence, all while working from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will handle accurate data input, maintaining records of reservations, guest preferences, and resort transactions. You will ensure that our databases are up-to-date and organized for smooth resort operations. There is real opportunity to grow within the company and our parent company beach city life. Responsibilities: - Enter guest information, reservations, and billing data into resort systems. - Review data for accuracy and completeness. - Organize and update resort documents, spreadsheets, and databases. - Assist with preparing reports and summarizing data as needed. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive guest and resort information. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience with data entry or administrative roles. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and other data management tools. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - All prospective candidates must reside in and be available to work in the USA or Canada.
