To learn more about our recent Series A funding, led by Andreessen Horowitz, please check out this article.   We are looking for a Clinical Recruiter, to join our People Operations TeamYou will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, work closely with our Recruiting team, hiring managers and leaders to identify talent needs, source candidates, and ensure a best in class experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.  Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. 

Candidate Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to build a strong candidate pipeline. 

Collaboration: Partner with SVP, Clinical Operationsand other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and create effective recruitment strategies. 

Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication, offering timely feedback, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 

Process Orientation: Implement and adhere to structured recruitment processes and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in hiring of clinicians.  

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract top talent. 

Reporting:In partnership with Recruiting Team, track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality to continuously improve the recruitment process. 

Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process. 

ATS Management: Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes, manage candidate pipelines, and enhance overall efficiency. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinician recruiting, with a strong background in clinical and/or corporate hiring. 

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs. 

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (experience with Lever is a plus)  

Excellent sourcing skills and proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels. 

Highly organized with a process-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. 

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. 

Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing metrics to inform recruitment strategies and improve processes.
