Your MissionThe Dig, Propeller’s industry publication, is looking for experienced freelance writers to contribute high-quality, insightful content about construction, earthmoving, and worksite technology to get things up and off the ground.

What you'll do
- Write compelling blog-style content on construction trends, best practices, and industry insights
- Conduct industry research to add depth and credibility to your work
- Focus on The Dig’s audience—construction professionals and site managers looking for practical, real-world insights
- Work closely with our editorial team to refine topics, ensure accuracy, and deliver top-tier content
- Leave the branding and refining to us. All we need you to do is nerd out on paper
- Experience with construction technology, project management, GIS, survey and data capture best practices, geospatial analysis, or related insights.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate technical topics into digestible, engaging content
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
