Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems has a Remote Customer Service Specialist opportunity in Newton, IA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Service Specialists are responsible for learning and understanding the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for our patients. · The Customer Service Specialists works in a fast-paced environment answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.? · Obtain, analyze, and verify the accuracy of information received from referrals. · Create orders, and or schedule the patient to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor. 1 year of customer service experience required. (retail and restaurant experience are acceptable) Must be willing to work 3-4 12 hour shifts Schedule: 7 p.m.-7 a.m. Next Steps: The recruiting team will reach out to discuss next steps in 10 business days.
