Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role will be client-facing, requiring exceptional communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities: ? Communicate regularly with clients primarily over email and skype to understand their needs, provide status updates, and ensure excellent customer service. ? Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed. ? Manage social media accounts across major platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and review content/design on a consistent basis. ? Work with content writers and edit copy for marketing collateral like web pages, emails, blog posts, case studies, etc. for proper grammar, tone, and style. ? Review client website designs, ads, campaigns and other deliverables to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement. ? Understand basic keyword research and analytics to optimize SEO efforts like site content, links, and meta descriptions. ? Ability to track and report on key marketing metrics like leads, website traffic, social followers, ad spend ROI on a monthly basis through CRM and Google Analytics. ?
