Job Summary of Retail Sales Professional: The primary goal of a Retail Sales Professional is to meet or exceed sales targets by establishing a professional report with customers and closing sales: Responsibilities of Retail Sales Professional: It is the responsibility of Retail Sales Professional to identify the needs and preferences of customers and offer appropriate products or services: ? Qualifications of Retail Sales Professional: ? High school diploma or GED. ? One or more years of work experience. ? Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). ? Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. ? Experience working in a commission-based environment. ? Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. ? Customer service experience.
