What You Will Do: • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, providing accurate information on reservations, flight details, baggage policies, and more. • Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and processing payments. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including flight disruptions, lost luggage, and itinerary changes, with empathy and efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication and problem resolution. • Continuously update knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide the highest level of service. Requirements: • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or online chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus. • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
