Job Overview:

As a Live Chat / Customer Support Remote, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
