Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care. Offer product recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chewy’s products, policies, and services. Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with Chewy. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
