We are looking for a Healthcare Analytics Specialist to ensure the consistent and effective management of client data within Sharecare’s processes. This role is key in driving data quality, maintaining governance for audit analytics, and supporting reporting efforts across the organization. Responsibilities: Manage and Process Client Data: Serve as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day processing of incoming client data, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Escalation Point: Act as the escalation point for clients and internal team members regarding data issues. Reporting and Data Analysis: Run reports for internal and external clients, providing key data elements for leadership reporting. Assist with Data Operations: Contribute to data collection, entry, processing, and delivery to systems. Data Gap Identification: Identify and address data shortfalls, collaborating with data and development teams to close gaps and improve data fidelity. Propose Solutions: Recommend solutions to ensure business continuity and improve processes for client data management. Provide Operational Support: Offer operational support to payor engagement managers, focusing on client-specific data needs. Mastery of Data: Ensure a thorough understanding of all internal and external data and reporting processes. Documentation: Prepare, proof, and edit documents and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and clarity. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the business needs. Requirements: Preferred Knowledge of SQL: Familiarity with programming languages like Structured Query Language (SQL) is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Strong skills in Excel for analyzing datasets and preparing reports. Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively present data insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Leadership Skills: Demonstrates strong Conscious Leadership skills and an ability to work independently. Problem-Solving Abilities: Effective problem-solving skills to address data challenges and process improvements. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, providers, and internal teams.
