Remote Digital Ingestion Associate | WFH

Job Overview We are on the lookout for a dedicated Digital Ingestion Associate (Contractor) to play a pivotal role in enhancing the accessibility of our premium K-12 curricula nationwide. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to adhere to established documentation and onboarding processes, ensuring precise editing and assessment of digital content in Math and ELA on partner platforms. • Review and provide insights on the conversion of materials from print to digital formats, ensuring compliance with our high standards. • Guarantee that all digital content meets best practices for accessibility, facilitating inclusive access for all learners. • Update or correct existing content as needed with team approval. • Organize and maintain an efficient documentation system to coordinate tasks with remote teams effectively. • Conduct comprehensive reviews of ingested content to confirm its accuracy. • Implement a thorough quality assurance procedure to ensure content ingestion is correct and operational. • Regularly engage with the project lead to discuss progress, milestones, and timelines, ensuring efficient achievement of project objectives. • Proactively identify and address potential content ingestion or project timeline challenges before they escalate. Required Skills • Educational technology background is preferred. • Proven experience with digital publishing platforms, including but not limited to WordPress, Google Classroom, or other content management systems. • Minimum of 2 years working with content or learning management systems. • Proficient in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) content, with an understanding of best practices for both disciplines. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate in a virtual setting. • Excellent organizational capabilities, with adeptness in time management and prioritization in a remote environment. • A positive, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative virtual work culture.
