Job Description

Amazon Connect Developer with hands on experience (min 2-3 years) on migration to amazon connect, Inbound, outbound Flows development. In-Depth knowledge and hands on experience in Integrations, Lambdas, Python/NodeJS, Amazon Lex Chat bot. Must Have Skills: Voice and Chat flows development using Amazon Connect Flows Configurations and Migration contact center Development experience in Amazon Lex Chat bot with integration exposure with various AWS services and third party CRMs, Dynamo DB Having strong hands on experience to write custom code using Lambda functions using any language like python, NodeJS Python or NodeJS with DSA Amazon Bedrock, Kinesis NLP and NLU Concepts Having experience and integration with AWS services like S3, Cloud Watch, Dynamo DB, APIs. Good understanding and experience in APIs Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Amazon Connect Developer with Amazon Lex experience for the MNC (client of Resolink Technologies). The Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Amazon Connect solutions, integrating Amazon Lex for chatbot capabilities, and ensuring seamless communication experiences for customers. Additionally, the Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize contact center technologies and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Amazon Connect development and configuration Experience with Amazon Lex for chatbot development Knowledge of contact center technologies and customer experience optimization Voice and Chat flows development using Amazon Connect Flows Configurations and Migration contact center Development experience in Amazon Lex Chat bot with integration exposure with various AWS services and third party CRMs, Database Having strong hands on experience to write custom code using Lambda functions using any language like python, NodeJS Having experience and integration with AWS services like S3, Cloud Watch, Dynamo DB, APIs.
