Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Coordinator

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you engage with our diverse clientele. A customer-oriented approach is essential, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and will need to foster positive relationships that encourage ongoing interaction and satisfaction. You will handle a variety of inquiries, ensuring that each client feels valued and supported throughout their experience with our company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, processing orders, creating estimates, answering webchat, managing client inquiries, providing timely follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions. You will also support our sales/marketing team by scheduling appointments, updating products on the website/CRM, Data base clean up & other similar projects. Candidates will have previous experience in customer service marketing, project management & sales. Flexibility & being able to cover our west coast US office until 5 PM pacific is important. Fluency & proficiency in English is a must. This role is initially intended to fill in for someone away on leave but there will be a lot of expanded opportunity in these area's and other for those who do well. Apply Job!
