What You'll Do • Engage & Enroll: Conduct consultative sales calls (via Zoom) with qualified executive women (Director to VP+) and confidently close high-ticket enrollments into our transformative programs. • Needs Analysis: Uncover clients’ core challenges and desires through skillful discovery conversations, aligning their goals with our proven solutions. • Objection Mastery: Handle resistance with finesse, turning hesitations into enthusiastic commitments. • Pipeline Management: Keep prospects engaged and motivated, nurturing them through follow-ups until they're ready to commit. • Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively enrolling high-value clients. Requirements

Experience & Expertise • Sales Experience •

  • Minimum 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years focused on high-ticket closing (e.g., programs/services over $5,000).

• Proven Performance •

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas in a commission-based role.

• Industry Knowledge •

  • Familiarity with consultative, needs-based selling methods and handling high-value clients (Director to VP+ level).
