Key Responsibilities - Manage calendars, emails, and appointments. - Handle customer inquiries, support tickets, and client communications. - Prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations. - Assist in social media management and content creation. - Perform online research and data entry tasks. - Provide administrative support to executives and clients. - Organize and maintain files and records. Skills & Qualifications - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other virtual collaboration tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Reliable internet connection and familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.). - High level of professionalism and discretion.
