As a Senior Loan Officer, you’ll have the opportunity to manage this high volume of incoming loans—no cold calling required. What We Offer ?? Your Responsibilities • Process client loan applications and documentation with precision and efficiency. • Compare client profiles to program guidelines to identify loan eligibility. • Qualify initial deals and project scopes to ensure funding potential. • Understand Hedge Fund note purchase guidelines to prep loans for submission. • Answer phones professionally, qualifying loan scenarios in real-time. What We’re Looking For ? Local: Must be willing to work in our office in Irving, TX ? Experience: At least 5 years of loan intake or origination experience. ? Knowledge: Preferable understanding of Private Lending/Hard Money Lending and standard Loan Origination Systems (LOS) ? Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; excellent organizational and communication skills. ?
