About the position The Principal Business Architect for Health Insurance Solutions at Molina Healthcare plays a critical role in strategic planning by defining the scope of initiatives and leveraging capabilities. This position involves creating capability heatmaps, conducting various analyses, and driving discussions with senior leaders to align business capabilities with strategic needs. The role also includes mentoring other business architects and optimizing support plans for health plans. Responsibilities • Drive and facilitate discussions with senior leaders to identify business capabilities. , • Lead or support process assessments and advocate for best practices in business architecture. , • Provide leadership and mentorship to other business architects. , • Champion and drive the support optimization plan for individual health plans. , • Conduct cost analysis, risk analysis, and create capability models and heatmaps. , • Manage the delivery of business architecture strategic artifacts in collaboration with various architects. , • Create and maintain business capability, data, processes, and technology inventories. , • Partner with executive leadership to build a business architecture strategy based on business scenarios. , • Provide governance support on priority projects with cross-functional impact. , • Support financial forecasting for the IT business unit. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. , • 10+ years of Business Architect experience. , • 5+ years of delivery management experience. , • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
