As a Senior Test Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and executing automation scripts using Cypress, as well as preparing test strategies and plans. Your experience in functional testing, particularly in the healthcare domain, will be essential as you coordinate with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and articulate them into actionable test plans. You will also participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of our testing efforts by generating test reports, managing defects, and executing user acceptance testing (UAT). This role requires effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities • Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and articulate test requirements into a test strategy and test plan. , • Prepare Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Test Approach documents for all releases. , • Perform and lead regression testing in the release environment for all agile release trains. , • Execute test cases and create test reports with results and screenshots. , • Manage defects and generate test reports from qTest/JIRA. , • Coordinate UAT testing with the product owner group to identify critical business scenarios and plan execution. , • Develop, maintain, and execute automation scripts using Cypress. , • Automate regression test cases using Cypress. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience on Payment Systems. , • 5+ years of functional testing experience. , • 3+ years of experience in Cypress. , • 2+ years of healthcare testing experience with sound knowledge in the healthcare domain. , • Experience in service validation using SOAP UI/Postman. , • Experience in API testing. , • Experience in database validations (Oracle, MS SQL). , • Effective communication skills and experience with business interaction. , • Experience participating in agile ceremonies.
