Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with our expanding business. As a key member of our team, you will provide virtual care, manage patient health concerns, and deliver exceptional concierge healthcare services to our clients. Minimum Requirements • Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina. • 3+ years of clinical experience as an FNP/PA, with experience in Telehealth or virtual care preferred. • Current DEA Certification. • Proficiency in using Telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR). • Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach. • Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice environment. Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test. Essential Job Duties The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you must be able to: • Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions. • Develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing preventative care and holistic wellness. • Urgent Care / Primary Care experience preferred . • Provide patient education, counseling, and support for managing health conditions and promoting healthier lifestyles. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans. • Utilize Athenahealth EMR systems efficiently for patient management. • Supervise and collaborate with Registered Nurses in managing all aspects of patient’s health.
