Remote On-Call RN Hospice | WFH
Job Overview We are currently seeking a compassionate and proficient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a rewarding on-call hospice care role. This position is designed for those who aspire to make a significant impact on the lives of patients and their families during sensitive times. The unique 7-on/7-off work schedule allows for an exceptional balance between professional commitments and personal life. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions. Create, coordinate, and update comprehensive care plans, ensuring continuity of patient care through collaboration with the appropriate staff. Maintain regular communication with the clinical manager, physician, and care team regarding patient developments. Develop, prepare, and uphold accurate and timely patient care progress records in accordance with established policies. Monitor and document changes in pain and symptom management outcomes as necessary. Provide education to families about patient conditions, needs, and care requirements. Make referrals to other hospice care disciplines when necessary, or document rationale for not doing so. Fulfill on-call responsibilities and deliver on-call services to patients and families as assigned. Perform additional duties as required. Required Skills Must possess a current RN license in the state(s) of employment. A minimum of one year of nursing experience is required. Current CPR certification is mandatory. A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance are essential. Qualifications An accredited nursing degree is required.

Compensation
And Benefits Competitive salary range of (80,000 - )85,000 per year, accompanied by a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Comprehensive benefits package including affordable medical plans (PPO or HSA), paid time off, mental health support (including five counseling sessions per year), and a 401(k) plan with company match.
