Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Sales Producer (Commercial Auto) to increase our sales and significantly impact our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales and the ability to build a strong client network, and relationship with them as well Key Responsibilities: Needs Assessment: Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate policy recommendations. Policy Sales: Present and sell insurance policies to clients, explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options. No Customer Service Required! Documentation: Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the company's CRM system. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory changes. Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities. Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other team members to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Producer in the US market , Trucking industry, (3-5 years ideally) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong understanding and knowledge of the industry and services of team dynamics and performance Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus. Proficiency in English language (C1-C2 level, Native or biligual), proficiency in Spanish will be a plus. What We Offer: High competitive commissions.
