Licensed Insurance Producer - Experienced P&C

Responsibilities: • Meet and exceed new business production goals. • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and lead sources. • Develop insurance quotes, deliver presentations, and close sales. • Process policy changes and complete insurance documentation. • Ask for referrals and explain our referral program. • Treat every customer contact as an opportunity for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. • Follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. • Build and nurture strong customer relationships. Requirements: • Genuine willingness to learn and be coachable. • Positive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude. • Ability to create relationships from a cold start. • Strong multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up skills. • Excellent communication, business writing, and editing abilities. • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Preferred: Property & Casualty (P&C) license (training available for the right candidate). • Prior sales experience with a proven track record.
