We are looking for a Summer Intern to serve on the EverHealth Customer Success team. Our mission is to build a technology platform that enables medical practices of all sizes to make care more informed, more personalized, more interactive, and more adaptable. EverHealth used by thousands of physicians who in turn have provided care to millions of patients. Our products can be completely tailored to any medical practice—small, large, or specialty. As a Summer Intern you love giving best in class service to internal and external customers and are willing to help with the nitty gritty operational details. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success at EverHealth, but will work regularly with Managers across many of the solutions. Responsibilities • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. • Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final project during the internship. • Rotates through our divisions and engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales. • Provide suggestions to management for improving customer service and internal processes. • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems. Qualifications: • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University • Accountability and personal organization are essential • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships • Proficient with applicable software applications • Strong written and verbal communication • Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the intern executive presentations. What we are looking for: • Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. • Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2025 • Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship in the Summer of 2025 (June-August) on a full-time basis • Enthusiastic about technology and committed to professional development • Good written and verbal communication skills • Willing to learn and collaborate with your teammates Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position. Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $20.00 USD per hour. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
