Role Description • *This is a part-time remote role for a Client Success Manager, with the expectation of ramping up to full-time within 2-4 months. ** The Digital Marketing Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing and overlooking digital marketing campaigns, meeting with clients, analyzing data, coordinating with various teams, and developing strategies to optimize performance. Digital Marketing Client Success Manager should be a proactive problem-solver who is comfortable being self-directed, enjoys learning new things, thrives as a team player, and excels in a start-up environment where things are constantly evolving. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Past experience working in digital marketing with SEM, PPC and SEO. • Past experience in a client facing role. • 1-2 years of experience working in an digital marketing agency or similar explaining results to clients.
