Staff Software Engineer - Front-End

Responsibilities • Create Front End solutions to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Translate customer insights into mockups, wireframes, and proof-of-concept code • Lead a small team to solve complex programming and design issues • Contribute to project design and architecture and execute on web, mobile, and front end software development • Provides technical direction and guidance to the team by analyzing, evaluating, and prioritizing technical issues/ features, ultimately ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software applications with AI technology • Coach and mentor junior engineers on best practices of software engineering, leveraging AI to enhance applications, and building their technical expertise to ensure efficient and effective outcomes • Launch AI integrations in production and evaluate their impact on software performance and user satisfaction, using appropriate metrics Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $191,000 - $258,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
