As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and senior leadership, to support strategic decision-making and improve financial processes. You will play a crucial role in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis, helping to ensure the company's financial health and success. We are looking for a highly analytical individual with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of financial principles and is proficient in financial modeling and data analysis. Responsibilities: Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve business performance Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization Participate in the preparation of investor presentations and financial communications Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed Requirements Strong knowledge of financial principles and concepts Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis Advanced Excel skills Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders Team player with strong interpersonal skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus Benefits Permanent remote work Apply Job!
