Experienced Russian Speaking Dental Biller

We are looking for an experienced dental billing specialist who is able: - Review and analyze dental records and patient information to ensure accurate coding and billing - Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD-9 and other coding systems - Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies for reimbursement - Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve any billing discrepancies - Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries or disputes - Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Stay updated on changes in dental coding guidelines and regulations ```Requirements``` - High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical coding or billing preferred - Proficient in dental terminology, ICD-9 coding, and. dental billing processes - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and data entry - Knowledge of dental office procedures - Familiarity with dental collection practices and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of Dentrix software a must Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
