Remote Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant

Position Overview: We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish speaking) loan officer assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our clients loan officers. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Great position for a processor or Jr Underwriter that knows how to structure loans. Must reside in EST or CST Responsibilities: • Assist loan officers with the mortgage application process, including gathering documentation and completing paperwork • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate the loan process • Prepare loan files for submission to underwriting and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete • Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and other team members to ensure timely processing and closing of loans • Maintain accurate records and files for all loan transactions • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the loan process • Stay current on industry regulations and lending guidelines Requirements: • Can reside in any state located in the CST or EST time zone.
