Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriter

Compensation: $68,000 - $72,000 Responsibilities: • Perform underwriting due diligence, including analyzing loan packages, working with loan officers and clients in collecting information, conducting independent research and verifications, studying and analyzing professional third-party reports such as appraisal and environmental reports, conducting site inspections • Prepare credit write-ups • Work with the Document Department in loan closing • Prepare loan extension or other amendment write-ups • Review and monitor loans post-closing • Prepare departmental forms, reports, and notices • Provide client services Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • At least 2 years of experience in commercial loan underwriting • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Demonstrates good communication skills • Excellent time management skills About Company Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
