Accounting/Bookeeper Part-Time - Black Diamond Solutions - Chicago, IL - work from home job Company: Black Diamond Solutions Job description: Job description Chicago Signs and Screen Printing is currently looking for a part-time book keeper/accountant. We expect this position to average about 10-15 Hours a week. After some initial training on the industry, this position can be remote. Must have the following qualities and qualifications:
- Trust worthy and reliable-
- Must be able to both work with a team as well as individually
- MUST be detail oriented-Much of the work being performed, if not done with attention paid to detail, will just cause more work to correct.
- A strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience with reconciliations of bank statements as well as credit cards
