The Opportunity We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships professional to join our client's dynamic team and drive the development of key alliances. What You'll Do • Architect and cultivate high-impact partnerships focusing on creating mutual value and long-term success • Develop and execute innovative GTM strategies with key partners, particularly major players in the VC and startup ecosystem • Identify and establish new distribution channels to expand our client's AI infrastructure offerings • Leverage your network to foster collaborations that drive investment opportunities and company growth • Serve as a brand ambassador, actively engaging in external communications to elevate our client's presence in the AI ecosystem • Collaborate cross-functionally to align partnership initiatives with product development and market needs • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and maximize opportunities What You Bring • At least 5 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development in the AI/ML, cloud computing, or AI infrastructure • A proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex, high-value partnership deals • Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the AI and cloud computing landscape • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate partnership opportunities and their potential impact on business growth • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences • A results-driven approach with the ability to set and achieve ambitious partnership goals • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment • A passion for AI and cloud technologies, with a commitment to staying current on industry trends • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Willingness to travel as needed to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships Key Success Drivers • Exceptional relationship-building skills that drive mutually beneficial partnerships • Strong strategic thinking with tactical execution • Innovative problem-solving • Adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment Why Join? • Competitive base compensation: $180,000-220,000 per year (negotiable based on experience and location) • Performance-based bonuses • Full medical benefits: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families • 401(k) plan with a 4% match program and immediate vesting • Stock options plan in a publicly traded company • Flexible remote work environment • Company-paid short-term, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage • 20 weeks of paid parental leave for primary caregivers, and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers • Startup culture with stability: excitement and innovation of a startup backed by the resources of an established company • Work with state-of-the-art AI and cloud technologies, including the latest NVIDIA GPUs (H100, L40S, with H200 and Blackwell chips coming soon) • Be part of a team that operates one of the most powerful commercially available supercomputers • Contribute to sustainable AI infrastructure, with energy-efficient data centers that recover waste heat to warm nearby residential buildings • Opportunity to engage with a global community of AI innovators and thought leaders and shape the future of AI infrastructure and applications Interviewing Process • Level 1 - Interview with the Talent Acquisition Lead (General fit.
