Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

Description: • Clearlink is currently seeking experienced and Licensed Medicare Sales Agents to join our work from home Medicare team! • You will assist customers in making Medicare healthcare decisions by carefully matching customers with the optimal products and services. • This person will be responsible for providing a phenomenal customer experience to all customers and maintaining the highest level of integrity, while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals. • Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in making healthcare decisions over the phone • Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals • Complete transactional sales through closing • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and close business • Adhere to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Medicare Marketing Guidelines and company policies and procedures • Other duties and projects will be assigned as needed. Requirements: • Must currently hold an active health insurance license • Minimum of 1 year AEP Experience • Experience selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap is preferred • Experience selling Individual and/or senior insurance products via the telephone • Excellent computer software skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Project and Internet skills) • Strong communication skills • High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred • Call center experience preferred • Must be flexible in hours you are able to work (possible weekends) • Must be able to work 50hr/week during the final 2 weeks of AEP • Ability to work from home with access to a private workspace and reliable home internet.
